Consulate Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed on Friday, July 31 at the Consulate-General’s house for the new JET departure orientation and reception. The volunteers will help with parking and reception duties from 2:30 – 8:30pm. The Portland Chapter of JETAA (The JET Program Alumni Association) was created to serve the bonds of friendship developed by the program participants. JETAA’s purpose is to achieve, through its activities, a broader and deeper understanding between Japan and the other countries participating in the program.
