Parents are invited to a preschool and kindergarten open house of the Chinese, Spanish and Japanese true immersion program at The International School. The International School is Pre-K through 5th grade and accepts new students without any second language experience into preschool and kindergarten. The school was founded in 1990 and is an International Baccalaureate candidate school.

The Consulate-General of Japan in Portland is pleased to announce the Japan Foundation Programs available in the United States for 2010-2011. Awards are made once a year.
