JETAA Onsen Trip – June 4th
Are you natsukashii for onsen? Not for long! Come join the JET Alumni Association on a fun-filled day trip to McCredie Hot Springs. Soak with JETs from Portland, Salem, and Eugene. The weather will be great for a quick trip to the cool Cascade Mountains.

Seven Virtues Fundraiser – May 12th
On Thursday May 12th from 6pm to 9pm Seven Virtues, in care of Mercy Corps, will hold an event with live music, drinks, lite fare, and a silent auction.
Wine for Japan Event – May 13th
An exclusive wine themed fund-raising event to provide relief for Japan. Eight outstanding wine makers will be on hand pouring their wines. Hors d’oeuvres from the Red Star Tavern will be served throughout the tasting. We’re featuring musical stylings by John Wayland Harr. The Portland Chapter of JETAA (The JET Program Alumni Association) was created to serve the bonds of friendship developed by the program participants. JETAA’s purpose is to achieve, through its activities, a broader and deeper understanding between Japan and the other countries participating in the program.
