The Consulate-General of Japan in Portland is pleased to announce the Japan Foundation Programs available in the United States for 2010-2011. Awards are made once a year. Program announcements and application forms are available at the Consulate-General of Japan in Portland, or directly through the Japan Foundation’s Los Angeles or New York offices.
