Event Details
Mochitsuki, the yearly event celebrating Portland’s Japanese community is coming on January 29th and JETAA Portland will be there along food vendors, stage performers and a host of other fun things to check out.

Mochitsuki Community Fair: 11:00AM – 4:00PM
Enjoy free mochi samples, demonstrations and hands-on activities for all ages including: mochi pounding, mochi making, ikebana, origami, games and much more!
Mochitsuki Stage Performances: 11:45AM – 3:30PM
This year Mochitsuki will feature open seating in the auditorium. Seats will be available on a first come first served basis. Please be respectful of performers as you enter and exit the auditorium. Check back soon as we are still finalizing our performers for this year.
Adult advance sale tickets are just $10 and can be acquired from Roy Huggins. Come join us on January 29th!
