We are looking for volunteers to help us prepare our New Year’s jubako, the three layered box of special foods. The boxes are a fundraiser that keeps our New Year’s food traditions alive, with delicious seasonal dishes in the Northwest style.
Volunteers are needed at Oregon Buddhist Temple at: 3720 SE 34th Ave, Portland 97202
Friday, December 30
10 am – 12:30 pm
Tasks: Washing boxes, food preparation
Saturday, December 31

Tasks: Making sushi, portioning and arranging food into the boxes, wrapping boxes for pick up.
Join us for a great time while we maintain this wonderful tradition. All skill levels are welcome.
