Hello everyone,
It's time to dust off your old Japanese cooking skills and get ready for our annual Iron Chef competition! If you haven't been before or just can't remember, JETAA's event is a little different than the TV show. Please make a Japanese dish and then enter it into one of three categories for judging: side dish, main dish or dessert. These dishes need to be prepared in advance and be brought in their own serving dish. We will have a few special guests act as our judges. After judging everyone will be free to try everyone else's dishes - so make enough to share. We hope to see everyone there!
