Cross-Border Learning Journey in Tohoku – Apply by July 15th

Spend a week in Japan working with other U.S. and Japanese leaders to solve the challenges and problems facing local people in Tohoku. This program is hosted by WIT (World in Tohoku). You’ll tour sites in the Tohoku Region to see first-hand the restoration process from the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 2011, and work in teams to utilize your skills to solve and overcome challenges.

WHEN: October 11th – 16th

DEADLINE TO APPLY: July 15th

COST: $3,400 per person, including US-Japan flight tickets. (May be subject to change depending on the number of participants, flight schedule, and etc. See the program details.)
